I live to be out on the water and be proactive in the out doors. I eat and breathe adrenaline sports, and if I’m not out on the water I like to be planning my next session or adventure, be it here or abroad.
My motto ‘every wave watched is a wave lost’. I’d rather be in or on the ocean than anywhere else in the world. I’m really passionate about promoting a healthy sporting lifestyle to everyone out there.
As well as Stand Up Paddle boarding, I also love to windsurf, slalom water-ski, wakeboard, surfing, mountain biking, mini mx, climbing, skating and running including half marathons. This lot generally keeps me busy; chill out time is with my friends and family and more recently, going down to Hove Lagoons new Wake boarding Cable Park.
