I started windsurfing when I was thirteen. My dad had always windsurfed so I was keen to follow in his footsteps. My career started by training as a windsurf instructor with Flying Fish out in Vassiliki, Greece. This helped me get a job out there the following summer working for Club Vass and since then I have worked instructing all over the world in Greece, Egypt and Venezuela. Working with all the top UK freestylers really helped push my own level and I improved quicker than I could of ever dreamed of and since last year I have started competing on the world tour which really is a dream come true for me.

This year is my first year competing with some serious sponsors backing me. I'm really happy to be part of the Fanatic North team and hopefully I can stay with them as long as possible. My aim for this year is to be British champion and to finish in the top 16 on the world tour, so fingers crossed and we'll see what happens.
